With decades of experiences, our highly skilled in-house design and engineering team have been working together to develop forging dies that yield the best performance under limited time period. We also have the state of the art design technologies such as Solid Work, AutoCAD, Geomagic Design X and Finite Element as a tool to ensure design precision.

B.K.J. group is one of a leading metal heat-treatment service provider in Thailand, serving many industries that include but not limit to automotive, heavy construction machine, and agricultural industry. With many certified machines and processes varieties, B.K.J. can support heat-treatment operation with an uncompromised quality.
Oriental special steel (OSS) is providing material importing and stocking services. OSS has a strong relationship with many well qualified steel mills.
IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING TOOLS & EQUIPMENT
Apart from a well established design team, we also have our own dies machining facilities that support the production of new dies set, along with the refurbishment and repair of worn-out dies in a timely manner to support the on-going productions.

We have machining department with precision machines that can support customers who want finished parts. With experienced management team we can ensure customer needs.
